By engaging in a commission and making a payment, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Agreement") between you and KristinART_18 ("the Artist").
Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding with your order.
The artist will not be held responsible for the Client's own misconception if they did not read and understand the terms of service prior to the commission.

βΊβΊβΊ GENERAL INFO- The Artist reserves the right to decline any orders without detailed explanation.- The purchase is for digital files only. No physical copies will be provided or shipped.- A tiny signature will remain on the artwork.- It's the Client's responsability to ensure that whatever the commission is about is suitable for the Artist's style so both parties can avoid any dissatisfaction in the future. Browse around the Artist's gallery for samples and refer to the "Do's and Do Not" section of this Agreement for more info..................................βΊβΊβΊ EXTRA IMPORTANT INFOβ§ Before The Client order any work from The Artist, The Client must make sure that he/she likes The Artist's work.β§ Before ordering a work, please. Read all the information on the site. Do not pay anything in advance! Only after discussing with the Artist! And if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask ^^ It is necessary for both parties to make sure that either we are satisfied with everything and we can cooperate :3β§ The Client must be 18 y.o or older to send me or have parental permission!
βΊβΊβΊ COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY- The Artist retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork. The Artist has the right to use, display, and reproduce the artwork for promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to, sharing WIPs, offering the layered files, prints, merchandise, and online portfolios.- The Client may not claim ownership or authorship of the artwork.- If not agreed upon, the artwork is for personal use only. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Artist.- The Client may post the artwork on social media platforms providing credits to the Artist.- If the Client requests private artwork or wishes to withhold the artist from posting publicly, additional charges may apply. The details and fees for private artwork will be discussed and agreed upon separately. These fees are non refundable.- The Client is not allowed change, modify, or use the artwork for purposes that weren't discussed in the initial project. The Client is not allowed to use any of the Artist's creations in any blockchain-related technology, AI, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
βΊβΊβΊ PAYMENT- Full payment is required before starting the artwork. If the Client needs a payment plan, please discuss it with the Artist prior to the commission.All orders will be paid through:πΈ DeviantartArts's commission shop. βΊβΊβΊ PROCESS (for Coloring Sketch)1. The Client sends a commission request with the FORM to GMAIL or DA NOTES. PLEASE, DO NOT USE DA CHAT!2. The Artist will confirm their availabilty and discuss any necessary details.3. The Client pays the Artist.4. The Artist will work on the draft and send it to the Client for approval.5. The Client will clearly and respectfully communicate any changes they deem necessary, or important notes.6. The Artist will adjust the sketch for a max of 2 times for free. If the Client requests more changes, those come with an extra fee.7. Once the draft is approved, the Artist will keep working on the commissioned artwork and will only communicate with the Client if doubts arise during the process.8. The Artist will share a preview of the final artwork to the Client by email.9. The Client may ask for small adjustments on the final piece for free, such as tiny details the Artist overlooked or color adjustments. The Artist will accommodate such requests within reasonable limits. Any changes that require the Artist to redraw part of the artwork will come with an extra fee.10. Once the artwork is approved, the Artist will provide the Client with the full resolution version of it and small watermark, as well as a resized version at low resolution with a watermark. The Client is advised not to post the full-resolution drawing publicly to protect the integrity of the artwork.
βΊβΊβΊ COMPLETION TIME- The completion time of the artwork varies based on complexity and the communication speed between the Artist and the Client, ranging from 1 day to 1 week usually.- In very rare cases it can take up to 2 weeks. The Artist will communicate any delays to the Client.
βΊβΊβΊ REFUNDS- The Client has no right to cancel or demand a refund from the Artist.- Refunds are not offered for commissioned artwork unless agreed upon by both parties under exceptional circumstances. The Artist will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns or issues raised by the Client.- If the Client files a chargeback/refund without contacting the Artist first, the Client's right to the commissioned artworks will be retracted and the Artist will have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. If this happened, the Client's username might be publicly posted for others to watch out for.
βΊβΊβΊ EXTRA IMPORTANT INFOβ οΈ A BIG REQUEST! β οΈ! I would really appreciate it if you could reply to me as soon as you can. I'll send you a draft of your order to clarify the details, and I'd love to hear from you! Otherwise, the work will stand still and we will get nowhere.! If you don't respond to me within 3 days after I approve your order request in terms of ideas, I will move you to the end of the WAITING LIST. Once it gets to your turn and you don't respond to me again, I will unfortunately have to reject your request. Keep this in mind.! If you do not respond to me within 3 days after I create a draft of your order, I will move you to the end of the WAITING LIST.
