◇ You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art!◇ Be sure to save the picture somewhere on your computer, USB memory...◇ Do not ask me to draw in a different style. If you commission me it's because you like my work, not because your favorite artist is busy.◇ Even if the provided reference of your character has a color palette section, I'll slightly modify them a bit to make them fit my style. However, if you want me to stick to the original colors in the reference, please specify it in the form.

◇ I will work as best as I can, but you are the one who has to make sure that whatever you order is suitable for my style so you can avoid any dissatisfaction in the future. Refer to the "Do's and Do Not" section of this document for more info.◇ By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any chargeback/refunds without contacting me first.

◇ As a Commissioner, you may:◇ Reblog drawings on other sites with an appropriate link to my gallery or page (no profit motive). I would appreciate it if you would only post a small, low-resolution version of the drawing, which I will provide and never the big file!◇ Print the artwork and even make any paraphernalia you want, as long as it is for your personal use only, not for sale!◇ Use it as a decoration for your Instagram, deviantART profile, Twitter icon, Tumblr, YouTube etc... as long as it is a personal account and you are not making any profit from it.

You are NOT allowed to:x Modify, change, monitor, or use my work without my permission.x YOU CAN'T CLAIM THE COMMISSIONED ART AS YOUR OWN.x My work ABSOLUTELY CANNOT BE turned into NFTS or fed through an AI / machine learning website / software!x Reproduce copyrighted work for commercial purposes (that is, make money from it in any way).x Assign authorship to yourselfx Remove my watermarks / signatures.

✧ Commission updates (sketches, delays, doubts) will be sent in the EasyBusy chat. To avoid losing it, save it in your gadget's bookmarks. When logging in again, enter the email you used for authorisation initially. Do not change it.✧ After I send you the sketch, check the picture carefully and let me know if anything should be changed.✧ During the sketch stage, I will accept a maximum of 2 important changes (Such as an outfit addition or subtraction, pose change, background, or anything that makes me have to redraw parts of the picture). After the 2nd change, I have the right to decline any further changes or to charge an extra fee per change.

✧ After the sketch is approved by you, I will proceed to finish the picture. I will only share WIPs again in case I'm unsure about some details.✧ Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes for free such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten. Any other changes will come with an extra fee.✧ If your character's references were unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

✧ Final amount and the order itself should be discussed before I refer you to EASYBUSY.
I won't even take this on unless you are sure you are willing to cooperate with me.✧ You must be 100% confident in your finances so that there are no sudden returns. Unfortunately, this action is considered a chargeback. This procedure is additionally subject to a fine for the freelancer, and the process can take up to 4 months for me :(✧ If I have not yet started work on the sketch, I can refund 90% of the original cost. If the sketch is in progress, I can refund 30% of the payment. Once I have reached the lineart stage, no refunds will be given!

✧ Difficult financial situation does not negate the fact that you made a return “in good faith”. You need to think about this in advance before submitting your order. And it’s better to leave this until better times, if you are not sure or are not ready.✧ You may not cancel an order or request a refund from the artist under any circumstances once payment has been received. If you have financial difficulties from the start, for example, it is better to wait until better times and only then, when you are sure - you can contact me to order work from me.If you apply for a refund without contacting me, your right to everything I have ever done for you will be revoked and I will have the right to sell the copyrighted works to new buyers.✧ Also, please be aware that you will be blocked and will no longer be able to purchase anything from me. Your username and case details may be published publicly for others to follow.

✧ Before you order any work from me, you must make sure that you like my work.✧ YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO SEND THIS TO ME OR HAVE PARENTAL PERMISSION!✧ I will not work with a client who is unsure of their finances. To undervalue future work is to not make it what it should be in every way in the highest quality at my given level of painting. That's why I know I value my time and yours. And if you're asking for less, I'm afraid we're out of your way.

✧ I have the right to keep the cost within reasonable limits as my drawing skills improve.✧ I'm not forcing you or anything like that. I don't want to make you feel uncomfortable. I don't need that at all! ♥✧ If you violate any of my terms, be aware that you will be banned and will not be able to purchase anything from me. Your username and case details will be made public so others can keep track of you.
