If you commission me it's because you like my work, not because your favorite artist is busy.◇ Even if the provided reference of your character has a color palette section, I'll slightly modify them a bit to make them fit my style. However, if you want me to stick to the original colors in the reference, please specify it in the form.

✧ Commission updates (sketches, delays, doubts) will be sent in the TUMBLR Chat / DeviantArt Chat.✧ After I send you the first sketch, check the picture carefully and let me know if anything should be changed.✧ During the sketch stage, I will accept a maximum of 2 important changes (Such as an outfit addition or subtraction, pose change or anything that makes me have to redraw parts of the picture). After the 2nd change, I have the right to decline any further changes or to charge an extra fee per change.
✧ After the sketch is approved by you, I will proceed to finish the picture.✧ Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes for free such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten. Any other changes will come with an extra fee.✧ If your character's references were unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

I won't even take this on unless you are sure you are willing to cooperate with me.✧ You must be 100% confident in your finances so that there are no sudden returns. Unfortunately, this action is considered a chargeback. This procedure is additionally subject to a fine for the freelancer, and the process can take up to 4 months for me :(✧ Difficult financial situation does not negate the fact that you made a return “in good faith”. You need to think about this in advance before submitting your order. And it’s better to leave this until better times, if you are not sure or are not ready.
✧ You may not cancel an order or request a refund from the artist under any circumstances once payment has been received.
